A specialty is helping people discouraged about dating and relationships, who may find recent or past breakups/losses, romantic or not, still very painful and confusing.

I offer effective, supportive counseling to help you reclaim your natural healing process. Trained in EMDR, an evidence based, highly effective reprocessing therapy, I'll help you shift current chronic negative beliefs about yourself and heal from past hurtful events. I'll help you feel better about yourself and think more clearly in the present.
