I am the practice owner and supervisor; and have 10 + years of experience as a therapist. My goal is to help you examine your current narratives and develop new ones that will better serve you. While we cannot change the facts, improving the way you speak to yourself can make all the difference in the healing process. This will be a remarkable journey, but one that requires the assistance of an outsider to help you identify blind spots and gain insight. I will be with you every step of the way, providing support and teaching you how to embrace all aspects of yourself, even those that may have been ignored.

I am experienced in emotionally focused therapy, and my expertise will help us navigate your relationships. You need to know that you matter to the people around you, and it is excruciating to feel misunderstood. We will also explore the trauma that you have endured, and together we will help you heal. You are not alone.

I have been married to my husband for 38 years, and we have 5 children and 13 grandchildren. I love hiking, playing pickleball, and spending time in the mountains.
