My expertise is working with individuals who are ready to overcome in their experience of mental health issues and modify problem behaviors as well as address alcoholism and drug addiction. My passion is seeing individuals and families healed from life journey's offsets, mental health struggles, divorce, loss, grief and substance use. I walk with individuals to assist them in setting the course to freedom from anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, substance use addiction, relationships and family issues.
In treatment I emphasize working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. I utilize interventions, that bring needed breakthroughs to help you stop being stuck and to start living life fully. My approach is eclectic and is rooted in CBT, DBT, with Gestalt therapy. My eclectic approach allows treatment to be tailored to fit the specific outcome needs.
I've worked with adolescents, adults, couples and families in a variety of settings including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and crisis/trauma services.
