I feel honored to collaborate with clients who are facing challenges, while understanding that we all need support in our lives. It takes a great deal of courage to reach out when you are struggling with life's challenges and emotions that are difficult to feel and work through. I work with adolescents and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, gender health, grief and loss, coping with chronic illness, relationship problems, and parenting, to name a few.
I use a collaborative approach for therapy in order to match to each individual seeking therapy. Some treatment methods I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I come from a Strengths Based Framework, recognizing we all have strengths that can be utilized.
