As a counselor, I connect deeply with clients and work alongside them to make sense of their challenges. Self-awareness and inner strength become our guides, providing clarity in everything we do. I use a variety of modalities with a specialty in Internal Family Systems which involves getting to know your internal system and developing self-leadership.
