As a local social worker of 16 years, I bring my experience and expertise, along with a great passion for helping individuals, couples, and families. I have served individuals of all ages and backgrounds, as well as couples and groups. My approach is integrative and client-centered, as we all as humans have unique needs requiring a unique treatment plan.
I am formally trained in specific therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
