I specialize in helping adult survivors of complex trauma (CPTSD), including early attachment wounds, parentification, and having emotionally immature or narcissistic parents. I creatively integrate somatic and experiential therapies, mindfulness principles, and holistic practices to create an integrated, whole-person approach to healing and personal growth.
Emotional safety is paramount when helping clients process their trauma, work through complex emotions, and address maladaptive behaviors. I hold space for clients to be vulnerable and share their sacred stories with compassionate intention. When people feel understood and secure in the therapeutic alliance, they begin to live life fully.
