I believe that we all have an inner badass.. until life - either someone, something or a series of circumstances- happens. And that is where I come in- to help guide you back to your badass self! I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate big life changes, challenges and identity shifts- such as divorce or the end of a relationship, making decisions about if parenthood is right for you, leaving that career or relationship that doesn't fill you up or setting boundaries with that family member or friend that is making your life miserable.
I also have over 13 years experience working with adults with eating disorders and body image struggles at all levels of care, and am an iaedp-approved Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor. (I am currently accepting new CEDS supervisees.)
My therapeutic approach is kind, clear and direct- no sugarcoating or BS here. I also wholeheartedly believe that humor is medicine so we’re probably going to laugh a little along the way. Trust me- your inner badass is in there- we just have to dig through some of the mud first.
