I am a licensed clinical social worker and perinatal mental health specialist, committed to creating a warm, caring environment in which you are supported in becoming your best self. I work primarily with individuals and families who are seeking assistance with support with infertility, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, miscarriage, infant loss, traumatic birth, and adoption. (I accept clients outside of this clinical focus on a very limited, case by case basis.) You are not alone. Healing is possible.
I have received training from American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Postpartum Support International, and Perinatal Support Washington. Therapy approaches include EMDR. CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Attachment based approaches, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Telemedicine is available for clients on bed rest and/or who are newly postpartum.
Therapy is offered in a caring, supportive, non-judgmental, knowledgeable environment. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and creates space for multiple narratives; I welcome all family structures. I offer complimentary 30 minute face to face consultations for new clients; I would love to meet you and learn more about how I can help you.

The Healing Group
The Healing Group is a support group for postpartum mothers who may be experiencing sadness, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts. We hope to provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental, and confidential space to learn coping skills, gain support from mothers and facilitators, and adjust to life as a parent. This group is community based, open, on-going, and free. If interested, please call me at (509) 339 5924 for more information. This group is currently being offered as a hybrid option of in person and zoom the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month. Please contact me for meeting location information.
