Accepting New Clients. It is crucial to meet individuals where they are and help guide them to find what they need or are looking for in life. I work with adults and children 10 and older to help cope with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PANDAS, Autism, trauma, relationships, stress, life transitions, and parenting issues. The ultimate goal is to feel happy and fulfilled. I can also help with special education needs and school concerns, including attending school meetings. In addition, I am bilingual and work with Spanish speaking clients.
I can offer coping strategies and feedback in a comfortable environment. I use different approaches and meet people where they are. I provide a warm, accepting, judgment free setting to openly explore feelings.
