Change is hard for most of us, especially when dealing with transitions (think birth, death, relationships, jobs, moving, illness, coming out, etc). Few humans navigate these with ease. Many people benefit from help at these times. I act as a guide on your journey to help make the changes more manageable. My goal is to help you through challenges and set you free. I do not believe most people need to be in therapy long term. I look forward to meeting you. I have been in therapy off and on throughout my life so realize it can be hard to ask for help. I obtained my MSW in 1997 and became a licensed clinical social worker in 1999. During COVID I went back to school becoming a certified life coach. I have provided counseling for over 25 years. I work with adults in all areas of life. Most recently, common challenges for my clients have included end of life, caregiving, coming out, and relationship changes.
