I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression, utilizing a person-centered approach that draws from several theories, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness practices. The cornerstone of my practice is unconditional positive regard for my clients and I am passionate about cultural competence.
