It's important to acknowledge up front that no therapist is a great fit for everyone seeking therapy. The people with whom I am able to develop the strongest, most effective therapeutic alliance tend to be those who contemplate themselves -and life, the universe, and everything- quite deeply. I have the most clinical experience with children, youth, and family systems, which has included adult caregivers of all ages. I have worked in outpatient settings, in-home, and as part of a comprehensive multi-disciplinary assessment team. The therapeutic services I provide are YOU-centered, strengths- and solutions-focused, and attachment-informed.
