I also focus on guiding people through stressful life transitions, career discernment, academic/work pressures, loss of a loved one, cultural assimilation, living with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or chronic physical pain. Painful life experiences can disrupt holistic health. My treatment approach is integrative, as I utilize a variety of methods tailored to comprehensively meet each person's specific needs. These modalities can aid in healthy self-expression and serve as sources of empathy and compassion.
Art can also promote deep relaxation, mood elevation, and self-empowerment, as well as be a space for visualizing your inner strengths and goals.
