Do you feel like you're fighting every day just to keep moving forward? Does it feel like everyone around you has life figured out and that you just don't quite get it? It can be a really isolating experience, and I'm here to help. I work with adults and adolescents (ages 13+) to address neurodivergence and late diagnoses, trauma and dissociation, domestic abuse, relationship issues, single parenthood, parenting concerns, women's issues, body positivity/self-esteem, and perinatal health.
I work from a person-centered, affirming, and compassionate lens with the goal of providing a safe space for you to show up as your authentic self. The root of that is to provide you with a space that is just for you; where you can reflect, dig deep, laugh, cry, swear, and truly take the time to get to know yourself and give yourself permission to be first.
I have lived experience with domestic abuse and trauma; I put myself through college and worked full-time while being a single mom. I am also a neurodivergent identifying therapist raising a neurodivergent child. I understand the challenge of trying to hold space for yourself.
