Those that are entering or exiting single parenthood, those that have been through or are going through domestic violence or some kind of impactful relationship change, those that are late diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, or both, those that are new to their kid(s) being diagnosed, and those that just need to put themselves first in this space amidst all of the overwhelm of life. I love working with individuals that are in the midst of navigating life transitions, stressors, and new phases.
I work from a person-centered, affirming, & compassionate lens with the goal of providing a safe space for you to show up as your authentic self. The root of that is to provide you with a space that's just for you; where you can reflect, dig deep, laugh, cry, swear, and truly take the time to get to know yourself and give yourself permission to be first.
I put myself through college while being a single mother and working full-time. I have lived experience with trauma and can relate to those who have previously, or are, experiencing DV/intimate partner violence. I am also a neurodivergent identifying therapist with my own diagnoses of ADHD and Autism (as well as parenting a kiddo with both, too).
