Eff. 8/8/24: I am not accepting new clients at this time. I wholly believe we all have capacity for growth, regardless of where we begin. Life is fluid and people are not diagnostic labels, contrary to what social media would tell you. Because of this, I utilize an integrative model in my work, incorporating different therapeutic styles depending on the client and the circumstances. My basic approach is psychodynamic in nature - helping you to understand what has happened in your life so you can better see the patterns that are no longer serving you, and identifying actions with you to change them.
