I specialize in treating eating disorders & body image concerns, along with associated issues like anxiety, depression & relationship difficulties. PTSD/trauma treatment is another specialty of mine. Utilizing evidence-based treatment tailored to address your specific needs, I work with adults 18+ (& older teens struggling with disordered eating/body image).
I have practiced in a range of settings, including college counseling, hospital-based eating disorder and health psychology programs, private practice, & veteran psychological services.
