I will teach you coping skills that you can use daily and we will devise a plan together to help you move forward in life. My job is to guide you on this journey to begin living your best life!
I offer weekly/bi-weekly individual sessions to address your specific issues and future goals. I also offer flexibility with scheduling, should a crisis arise before our next scheduled session.
