I love helping people work through their traumatic life experiences and helping them understand the effects of those events. If this applies to you or someone you care about, I am here to walk with you as you explore those things that leave you feeling "stuck" and guide you as you move forward into a better space. I work with individuals, children, families, and couples. My training has given me special insight into how trauma is passed down through the generations and the effects those traumas have on your life today. I want to share that insight with you.
In addition to my Master's in Psychology, I am a Certified Parent Coach, Love and Logic Parenting Program Facilitator, and Yoga Instructor. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and can use trauma-informed skills such as Brainspotting and EMDR therapy when working with you. Certification means I have specialized training.
This sounds like my focus is on children. This is not the case. Understanding the process of development allows me to show you how your personal experiences may have caused an emotional break in your own growth. I work with people; young, old, families, couples. All are important to me.
