Licensed since 2005, I practice from an integrative approach that encompasses the mind, body and non-judgmental acceptance. I am straightforward and empathic. The people I work with discover and re-examine outmoded beliefs or self-defeating behaviors. I utilize aspects of somatic therapy and mindfulness to create an open and safe place of exploration.
