If difficult life experiences have left you feeling stuck, worried, hopeless, angry or overwhelmed, we can work together to bring change to your life. I specialize in working with people who have experienced interpersonal traumas (i.e., emotional, physical, sexual abuse, grief, etc.) and systemic traumas (i.e., racism, homophobia, sexism, etc.). My first priority is building a trusting, safe relationship with you in a non-judgmental environment. I use cutting edge mind/body treatment modalities that empower you to understand your relationship patterns and why you think, feel, and behave the way you do.
Through curiosity, compassion, and empathy, I will support you in putting this understanding into action, cultivating specific tools and mind/body practices that get you unstuck and move you towards feeling more calm, grounded, and connected, and towards being in relationships that are mutually satisfying.
I’m trained in several mind/body trauma treatments including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, and I provide training and consultation to other therapists learning these modalities. I have a lifelong commitment to transformation and change at all levels: institutional, interpersonal, and internal. I look forward to connecting with you!
