As a licensed clinical social worker, my focus is on providing individualized support to adult clients. In my practice, I prioritize creating a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. My therapeutic approach is centered around processing trauma, challenging unhealthy patterns, and cultivating essential skills for personal growth and fulfillment. I am committed to collaborating closely with each individual to identify and achieve their goals, guiding them through a journey towards a more meaningful and healthy life.
I am master certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based treatment for PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. During ART sessions, individuals will be guided through a series of techniques, including visualization and eye movements, to help the brain reprocess these memories in a safe and controlled manner.
I also incorporate other evidence-based talk therapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to meet the individual needs of others. I strive to create an atmosphere of safety, trust, and validation. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey to wellness and lasting change.
