I utilize a treatment approach called Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). ACT teaches tools and strategies to increase psychological flexibility. Practicing these skills you will discover how to more effectively experience your pain and suffering. You will rise to consciously choose to move in the direction of your values.
Throughout our time together we will identify barriers and apply the tools of acceptance, committed action, mindfulness, etc. to support you living each moment to your fullest potential.
