I graduated from the University of Chicago, working for ten years at Strong Hospital in the psychiatric emergency room and inpatient department. I am trained in Trauma/Informed Therapy, Internal Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Certified in Emotional Freedom Therapy.
