The therapeutic process provides space for vulnerability and exploration of our individual life so we can strip away that which does not belong to us.
I believe healing is achieved in the relationship between therapist and client. Part of my job is to help individuals recognize their inner wisdom and strength while holding space for them to feel vulnerable. I recognize I am only one part of the equation and and that together we can move toward a place of equilibrium.
