Hello, I have had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults in both the school setting and individually in therapy for almost 20 years. I believe therapy is best practiced in a collaborative relationship, where the goal is improving one's quality of life through addressing symptoms of distress and developing goals for change. I provide evidence-based treatment that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I provide a safe and supportive space to best allow for developing new coping strategies and achieving your goals.
I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, school counseling settings, and an all girls private institution. My areas of expertise include adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, learning differences, and behavioral issues.
