There are moments in life when we feel out of sink, low, or just plain stuck. My goal is to bring my clients back into the ease and flow of life. By creating an environment that is warm and accepting, I assist clients to develop a better understanding of self, allowing space for growth within. I enjoy working with clients experiencing life transitions, offering assistance as they navigate next steps or uncertainty. I also have an affinity to working with those who seek to look at life's challenges through a spiritual lens, delving deeper into life's big questions and bringing more conscious awareness into their experience.
I am a Certified EMDR therapist with specialized training in Yoga Therapy (YT). Both therapies assist in removing negative beliefs and instilling a more positive/useful outlook on life. YT allows us to address not only the physical body, but also the energetic, emotional, and mental body creating wholeness within.
