I use somatic-based and attachment-focused EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I have trained in somatic experiencing and Post-Traumatic Growth counseling. This connects your mind and body and takes a bottom-up approach in healing instead of just putting a band-aid on the issue. I work on attachment issues, healthy relationships, and the nervous system.
