I work with individual adults via Telehealth. My clients come to me because they are suffering from anxiety, depression or relationship issues despite all they have tried before, sometimes even therapy. I am passionate about helping people navigate through difficulties that life can deliver such as: anxiety, depression, career issues or transitions, relationship issues, parenting concerns, family issues, grief, stress management, women's issues, trauma and other life transitions.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma and other psychological stressors such as anxiety and depression. EMDR also helps in reaching peak performance in various areas.
