Hello! Thank you for taking a look at my therapy practice. I consider it an incredible honor to support individuals, couples, and families through challenging times. From my perspective, therapy should be a fairly brief, direct and effective experience where you learn practical tools to better navigate your relationships and other dynamics of your life you may not be feeling well-equipped to handle. I believe therapeutic sessions should be dynamic and produce results. My education includes approaches in attachment and mindfulness.
I specialize in working with couples, families, depression, anxiety, grief, sexual and spiritual issues. I bring my rich life experience into every session. I've raised four children, loved deeply and experienced incredible loss. Making mistakes and having the courage to learn new ways of thinking and behaving has been my greatest source of training.
