I offer individual therapy to adults with treatment specialization in: chronic illness, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, as well as relational and family issues. I utilize a multidimensional background allowing me to meet the client where they are at emotionally; helping to explore barriers to progress, while also creating a safe place for the client to challenge themselves and begin to release the emotional weight that has been holding them back.
I specialize primarily in the treatment of chronic illness, trauma, abuse, and mood disorders. I work with the client to tailor each therapy goal focusing on the individual needs. I utilize a multitude of evidenced based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, as well as other compassion driven approaches.
I became a therapist in order to help others see their strengths and challenge their own negative thinking. Each client is a unique individual and will be treated as such. You are more than a diagnosis, and you are more than the things that have happened in your life.
