I am a hypnotherapist with 19 years of experience in mental health counseling and 9 years of experience as a hypnotherapist. I was the grief and trauma specialist at a well known substance abuse treatment center for the last 6 years. I use hypnotherapy techniques of regression, trauma reversal and inner wisdom integration to treat trauma, grief and anxiety. I have additional trainings with Dr. Brian Weiss in Past Life Regression therapy at Omega Institute and Dr. Jon Connolly in Rapid Resolution Trauma Therapy ( RRT). My focus is on balancing mind, body and spirit. I recently became certified as a personal fitness trainer through ACE.
I am a specialist in treating anxiety and managing stress. I treat anxiety using multiple techniques including: hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I recently introduced a combination of holistic therapies to my practice. These include vibroacoustic and magnetic energy therapy, biofeedback and CLAS therapy (color, light, aroma, sound) to facilitate relaxation in my tranquility lounge.
The CLAS therapy that i offer was only sold to private treatment centers. I am the first to offer it in the community. With my unique trainings and certifications i am qualified to address all areas of balancing mind, body and spirit. These all work together to create inner and outer peace.
