I am a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with adults as well as children, adolescents, and their parents. While working remotely, I am primarily seeing pre-teens, teenagers, and adults. I work with people for various reasons including anxiety, depression, wanting to develop a stronger sense of self, relationship stresses, difficulty reaching goals, and adjusting to new life stages. I provide a warm, collaborative, and empathic environment in which we can explore and get a better understanding of your particular experiences and work to help you or your child/teen feel better and make positive changes.
I get to know each person I work with through a fresh lens and tailor my work to the needs of each individual or family. I take my work very seriously - I am dedicated to helping people with their struggles, concerns, and goals for themselves - and am continually deepening my learning about traditional and new ways of understanding and helping people.
