I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 20 years of experience in community mental health and private practice settings. Concerns/issues I treat include anxiety/stress management, depression, anger, life transitions, and loss/grief. A strong believer in the holistic approach, I utilize evidenced-based techniques found in CBT and Mindfulness as well as other forms of treatment to meet clients' individual needs.
