I use evidenced-based approaches such as CBT, Psychodynamic, DBT, Experiential, and Comprehensive Resource Model for trauma processing.
I have worked with clients battling co-occurring disorders and recognize the complexities of mental health disorders, chemical dependency, and eating disorders, and this informs my unconditional and empathetic approach. I am passionate about using my professional and personal experience with these challenges to inspire hope, healing, and lasting change.
