Hi! I’m Lisa! I have a heart for people and the many challenges and experiences we all face. I believe humor and empathy are important components of the collaborative therapeutic relationship and I feel passionate about helping people find and use their own voice. My areas of clinical focus are all trauma informed. They include evidence-based counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a Master's in Clinical and Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Seminary.
It is my belief that individuals who are willing to challenge and explore their thoughts and behavior patterns experience more peace within themselves and their relationships. My areas of clinical focus are all trauma informed.
