I am an attachment and trauma informed therapist with over 25 years of experience. I believe that we have a tremendous ability to heal, change, grow, and develop a better understanding of ourselves.
My supportive style creates a safe, compassionate space to identify and dissolve barriers that lead to a more authentic, happier life. My approach assists clients in addressing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, dysfunctional patterns, etc. that no longer serve them. By increasing resiliency, clients are empowered to meet life's challenges.
I am committed to assisting my client's in achieving their goals. I am a participant in psypact which allows me to provide telehealth sessions in psypact states (a google search will tell you which states are included).
