I use talk therapy to come to places of interpretaion and corrective experience. Together with you, I make connections and address them in a safe, productive manner. It's important my clients improve, whether it's increased coping skills or getting to that ah-hah! moment. Empathy is always present.
I have a wide variety of experience specializing in gifted clients, divorce (pre & post), compulsive overeating, and individuals with cancer or HIV. In addition, I'm experienced with adolescents, families and elders. I also have a special interest in transition; whether it's a new marriage, parenthood or empty nesting.
