NEW: This 10-week psychotherapy group supports high-functioning women looking to elevate their relationship with Self as woman. In this empowering and inquisitive setting, we explore emotional, physical, and cognitive changes related the second half of life. We'll discuss aging, self-esteem, relationships, body positivity, sexuality, parenting/parents, caregiving, career/retirement, grief, and death anxiety. Discussion informed by "Hagitude" written by Sharon Blackie—a mythologist and Jungian psychologist—and other readings. The group will meets two Tuesdays a month, 75 min each session; membership limited to 10 people. Screening interview required.

wevolve: The Cancer Survivor Book Club for Women
NEW: This *free* monthly, virtual support group is for women cancer survivors looking to connect with others in all stages of survivorship, i.e., initial diagnosis, treatment, post-treatment, and beyond. We discuss books about fictitious and real-life women who face struggles and hardships with grit, tenacity, and perseverance. I hold a PhD and taught literature and folklore at university for ten years prior to working at a hospital Cancer Support Program as a psychosocial oncology counselor. This is a support group, and does not serve as a psychotherapy group.

wevolve: Healing from a Partner's Suicide
NEW: This in-person, 10-week group supports partners and spouses whose loved one have died by suicide. In a safe environment, members explore their losses while providing and receiving comfort among others experiencing similar emotions, behaviors, and thoughts on their grief journey. Sessions focus on topics such as life imprints, grief emotions, misconceptions, resilience, and the six needs of mourning. I am a Certified Thanatologist and Grief Counselor. I have been facilitating psychotherapy groups, including caregiver support and bereavement groups since 2019.
