I have extensive experience helping children, adolescents and families. I can help determine the goals of misbehaviors in order ways to focus on what is wanted. I am an expert at looking at behaviors and thoughts, to support positive changes. I can support with anxiety, depression, relationship problems at work or home, or divorce and parenting issues.
I can be the support to get you moving your life the way you want. I use an integrated model with Mindfulness, Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
