I'm deeply commited to collaborating with my clients on forging new paths towards mental health and well-being. My goal is to help my clients identify and lean into those strengths by using a blend of empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices tailored to each unique person. I believe in the power of vulnerability and open communication in therapy to open doors to self-discovery. Through my nonjudgmental and collaborative style, I create a safe space for clients of all ages, genders, & sexual orientations.
I have honed my skills through a diverse range of experiences in educational and research settings and in volunteering as a crisis counselor. I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults, helping them explore their challenges and gain a better appreciation for themselves.
