As a general mental health therapist, I am trained to treat and offer support for all difficulties. However, I specialize in working with women in their late teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, eating disorders, decision-making, and career counseling. I provide practical guidance and meet my clients where they are.
