Together, we will work to explore areas of your life that may be challenging, difficult, or unpleasant in order to set you on a path of growth, confidence, happiness, and satisfaction. My practice focuses largely on anxiety disorder treatment,the perinatal population, trauma, stress and life transitions.

I have a relaxed but honest approach to therapy and find it allows me to really connect with my clients. My practice philosophy includes CBT, strengths-based, trauma informed, and person centered approaches to help facilitate positive change. I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified.
