I offer a range of clinical therapy services aimed at fostering emotional well-being and personal growth. I work collaboratively with clients to explore and address a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship issues, and self-esteem. My career has been spent with adolescents and adults who have battled addiction, been involved with the criminal justice system, struggled with marital issues, and struggled with sexual and gender identity.
I strive to provide a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. I am trained in EMDR to help clients process their traumas and numerous marriage therapy techniques to help couples find intimacy.
