I specialize in working with individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, anxiety and depression, career and life transitions, grief and loss, acute and chronic illness and so much more. I would be honored to help you utilize and enhance the skillset you possess to live the life you desire. My empathic, supportive, and holistic approach to therapy has been cultivated from years of working in inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
Through my therapeutic and personal experiences, I have developed a passionate interest in the field of maternal mental health. Supporting women on the journey into and through the continuum of motherhood is both deeply familiar and profoundly important to me.
