My training is grounded in transpersonal psychotherapy, which is informed by depth psychology, existential/humanistic perspectives, and perennial philosophy.
I am passionate about befriending our inner critic with the self-compassion and loving-kindness that can lead to liberation from long-held limiting, negative beliefs. My work is guided by curiosity and presence rather than technique, and my responsiveness is unique to each person in the collaborative therapy process.
