I am a licensed clinical social worker and EMDR Certified Therapist specializing in individual and couple therapy. My treatment approach is compassionate, collaborative and goal-oriented. I enjoy helping clients gain insight on how their past experiences influence current ways of thinking and coping to promote new ways of relating with themselves and others. I also offer practical and integrated interventions to help manage everyday challenges and stressors.
I have extensive experience treating individuals with issues of life changes, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and interpersonal difficulties. Additionally, I have specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Institute methods, and mindfulness-based therapies.
