I primarily work with teens and adults who are experiencing or struggling with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with mood disorders and self-harm.
In my practice, I utilize tools and aspects of CBT, ACT, and DBT to help inform the way I treat my patients. I am proudly trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ informed and allied, and sex & body-positive.
