I love supporting folks on their journey of self-realization, self-acceptance, and self-love. Life is hard. We aren't designed to do it alone. Whether you have an extensive trauma history or are experiencing an exciting life change, I am here to help you understand yourself and your needs better. One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is getting to know people and seeing them learn to embrace their imperfections with kindness. I enjoy working with children, teens, and emerging adults (generally ages 4 to 24). I also recently became an ADHD- Certified Clinical Services Provider.
My approach is client lead; I start by getting to know you and exploring your needs and goals. If something isn't working, we change tactics. If you're curious about a topic, I'm a library of resources. If you need someone to confide in, I'm there to listen. We will tailor your experience to maximize healing and support.
I like to be myself with my clients; it gives them permission to be genuine and imperfect with me, too. I love it when people try therapy as a way to broaden their worldview. Asking for help shows self-awareness, and a resolution to do better. If you're already thinking about it, give it a try.
